Phoenix James models to promote awareness of the NHS National Chlamydia Screening Programme. A control and prevention programme targeted at the highest risk group for chlamydia infection in England, young people under 25 who are sexually active.

The National Chlamydia Screening Programme (NCSP) in England was established with the objective of controlling chlamydia through the early detection and treatment of asymptomatic infection, thus preventing the development of sequelae and reducing onward disease transmission.
