Phoenix James filming on 6 Part TV Series

Phoenix James plays the role of Marc ‘Webby’ Webster in brand new 6 part television series, Road to F.A Cup. He is a central midfielder and a brand new signing coming from Dulwich Hamlet to the notorious ‘Croydon Terriers’ football team. Webby quickly becomes the team’s star player and much valued team member loved by everyone. He is soon scouted for Watford and finds himself facing possibly being cup-tied. He doesn’t want to leave and let down his team at such a crucial time on their road to the F.A cup but at the same time has been offered an opportunity that could take his football career to the next level. Does he stay with the Croydon Terriers or leave to play for Watford.

Shot on the Canon 5D, ‘Road to F.A Cup’ focuses on the Croydon Terriers and their meteoric rise throughout the lower divisions of amateur football. The ‘Terriers’ are now eligible for entry in to arguably the greatest domestic cup in the world; the F.A. Cup.

Now ground-sharing with Croydon Athletic (the larger and more successful team in Croydon) the Terriers also have a new owner; Niall Reedwood. Will Niall’s ambition match that of the Terriers? What of the distraction of the cameras? And new arrival Gianluca Tardelli appears to be having some problems with the language barrier…

This… Is Road to F.A. Cup.
