Terms & Conditions
1. Booking, Payment and Refund Policy
All sessions are booked via the official website and are confirmed upon full payment.
All fees are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment secures a reserved time allocation.
By booking and completing payment, the client expressly agrees to the scheduling of the service and acknowledges that any applicable statutory cancellation rights may be affected.
Payment must be received prior to the session. Sessions will not commence without cleared payment.
2. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellation
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement.
Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Where sufficient notice is provided, the session may be rearranged to a mutually agreed alternative time.
THE POET PHOENIX JAMES reserves the right to reschedule a session where necessary, in which case an alternative time will be offered.
All fees remain strictly non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the full session fee being retained. The session may be rescheduled at the discretion of THE POET PHOENIX JAMES.
3. Advisory Nature of Sessions
All publishing consultations are strictly advisory. No hands-on publishing, editing, or production services are provided.
Clients receive guidance, insights, and recommendations based on THE POET PHOENIX JAMES’ expertise, experience, and accumulated knowledge.
4. Scope and Responsibility
Advice is provided in good faith, based on professional experience.
Clients are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the consultation.
THE POET PHOENIX JAMES makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
5. Confidentiality
All session content is confidential.
Clients may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the consultation without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE POET PHOENIX JAMES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consultation.
All advice is used at the client’s own discretion and risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, insights, frameworks, and methods discussed remain the intellectual property of THE POET PHOENIX JAMES.
No rights are transferred beyond personal advisory use within the session.
8. Acceptance
By booking and completing payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Clients acknowledge that by paying, they give up any right to claim a refund under consumer protection rules for the session they have booked.
