Terms & Conditions

1. Booking, Payment and Refund Policy

All sessions are booked via the official website and are confirmed upon full payment.
All fees are strictly non-refundable. Payment secures a reserved time allocation and is fully earned upon receipt. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By booking and completing payment, the client expressly agrees to the scheduling of the service and acknowledges that any applicable statutory cancellation rights may be affected.
Payment must be received prior to the session. Sessions will not commence without cleared payment.

2. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellation

VIP Day sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement.
Clients may request rescheduling or cancellation with a minimum of seven days’ notice.
Where sufficient notice is provided, the session may be rearranged to a mutually agreed alternative time.
THE POET PHOENIX JAMES reserves the right to reschedule a session if necessary, offering an alternative time.
All fees remain strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation or rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than seven days’ notice will result in the full VIP Day fee being retained.
The session may be rescheduled at the discretion of THE POET PHOENIX JAMES.

3. Advisory Nature of VIP Day

All VIP Day interactions are strictly advisory.
No hands-on publishing, editing, production, or implementation services are provided.
Clients receive guidance, insights, and recommendations based on THE POET PHOENIX JAMES’ expertise, experience, and accumulated knowledge.
VIP Day sessions are designed for deep strategic thinking, knowledge transfer, and pick-my-brain advisory, not execution.

4. Scope and Responsibility

Advice is provided in good faith, based on professional experience.
Clients are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the VIP Day.
THE POET PHOENIX JAMES makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

5. Confidentiality

All VIP Day content is confidential.
Clients may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the session without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE POET PHOENIX JAMES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the VIP Day.
All advice is used at the client’s own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, insights, frameworks, and methods discussed remain the intellectual property of THE POET PHOENIX JAMES.
No rights are transferred beyond personal advisory use within the VIP Day session.

8. Acceptance

By booking and completing payment, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Clients acknowledge that by paying, they give up any right to claim a refund under consumer protection rules for the VIP Day they have booked.
VIP Day sessions are selective; acceptance is at the discretion of THE POET PHOENIX JAMES. Booking does not guarantee approval, only confirmed, accepted applicants will receive VIP Day access.
