Your life isn’t shaped by your experiences But by the stories you tell yourself about what they mean Pictured here with all my past failures, insecurities, losses, disappointments, fears, regrets, doubts, successes, strengths, triumphs, satisfaction, happiness, courage, certainty, dreams, hopes and passion for the future I’ve learned that change actually happens in an instant It’s the making the decision and the getting ready to change that can take a second, a day or a lifetime How long it takes to make that change is up to you It can happen in a moment Sometimes what you don’t do, is more powerful than what you do There’s something to learn from everyone’s story And the story is only just beginning We are a product of the sacrifices we make, the pain we endure, the struggles we overcome
